On my receipt is show i only paid $15.51 when I was char $$21 and some change. I need to see the entire bill statement in my rec way because it comes out of my account .thr hashbrown was burnt throughout my entire meal

All My breakfast items had burnt hashbrowns . And my NY Steak Skillet had American cheese on it , when I SPECIFICALLY asked and PAID EXTRA for cheddar ! I even called to make sure they'd make it right , with NO American cheese , AT ALL ! and they still put it on there !
