Pizza looks and tastes great, but they take way too long (arrived 2 hours after I ordered). This has happened more than once.

There was some mistake with the original pizza, they corrected before the order left the store and gave me the "wrong" pizza free of charge.
Thin crust is delicious, going to try the deep dish next.
