We frequently order from Mendocino and we've tried almost all the salads and sandwiches. Our top three favorite items are The Impossible Taco Salad (we're meat eaters and this is just incredible), the Mrs. Goldfarb's Unreal Reuben (we don't usually order this type of sandwich, but the flavors work so well), and their Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Lemon Cheesecake Cookie (all their cookies are great). The bowls (such as Smoky Chicken Elote Bowl) just don't live up to their description. We wanted to like these, but the flavors are lacking. The spicy sandwiches were intriguing, but fell flat.

They charge too much for too little. Creating your own is always a disappointment. They don't let you add enough ingredients. Almost $20 for a very small plain salad.

Whoever made my meal tonight did such a great job!!! The sandwich was perfectly layered with flavors of onion, spread, meat and avocado. Soooo delicious. Thank you for taking time to make it so delicious. The salad was ahhmazing!!! Again quality was certainly apparent in the dish. Fresh crisp lettuce and fresh produce. The salad was prepared so well, thank you for not rushing it or throwing it together the quality was top notch.
