Food is good and came fast, but why charge for condiments like ranch when it's free in store?

Dont order at night from here they seems to not care about fresh food . Multiple time when I recived my onion rings they are hard as a rock every time when I order at night . It impossible to eat them and I usually order 3 or more large onion rings . So very disappointing.

It's ok. Wouldnt get Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken or the Fiery Chicken Nuggets over McDonalds or Wendys sandwich and nuggets. Quality was below average and the chicken in the sandwich was very small.

The best thing about this meal was the Diet Coke. My whopper meal came with expired brown lettuce and mushy tomatoes. I typically do not eat from BK , this reminded me why. DO NOT order from here.

Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken was ordered and what arrived was just a plain chicken piece between 2 plain buns.
Fiery Mozzarella Fries were seriously overcooked and hard. couldn't even tell it was mozzarella.
Fiery Chicken Fries were ordered but normal chicken fries were delivered.
Chicken Philly Royal Crispy Wrap was smothered in sauce/cheese with minimal chicken and hardly folded.
