I ordered three 24-oz. Fresh Packs. Two of them were pre-pack. They are not the same quality. I requested to be contacted if you were out of an item.

You advertise you have sugar free ice cream for diabetics. Door Dash driver arrives and you have none. Ask if they have low sugar ice cream and no employees know if they do or not! You all need to take some lessons from your sister store on West Point Loma. Wish they had delivery service. You all suck!

Store treated 2 dashers awful about an item unavailable instead of just offering substitutes. Won't be ordering from them again. Even the dashers where shocked.

Considering world class chocolate is their signature flavor you'd think it would be available for purchase. It never is and despite requesting the order be refunded if not available in the special instructions section of my order it is disregarded every time.

I ordered a banana split and ingredients were missing. If they didn't have the ingredients they should've contacted me. I wouldn't have got the order anymore if I knew they didn't have it !
