• DoorDash orderThey did have the Cheesecake I wanted but they did send me 2 other types of Cheesecake and a lovely note saying they were sorry they didnt have the one I wanted and to have a wonderful day. Best type of service!

• DoorDash orderSadly, this new location of Cupbop did not live up to the other locations in town. I had two pick up orders this morning and the mandoo on both orders, the sauce requests (that is on the menu) were ignored and the mandoo was dry. (see picture) They also failed to include my son's ice cream, and why did I even bother to click on the Utensils and napkins request. NONE were included. Additionally, there were no other customers in the store when the orders were picked up. You would think they would check to make sure everything was there. The Kimchi fried rice was amazing and the bowls themselves were good, but when you select the option "Sloppy" that means extra sauce. Again, this store failed on many levels today.

• DoorDash orderIt was honestly really gross, I've never had cupbop taste like this lol. The chicken was hard, the rice was like plastic and when it came it was like soup it was super weird.
