Everything but the fries were delicious. Fries were half way down box and all cold and kids said they looked under cooked

The first time I've ever had overcooked and dried-out food from Chick-fil-A. The nuggets were hard and dry and the mac n cheese was dry as well.

I hate to give bad reviews. Sadly, this chick fil a will mess your order up repeatedly and not just one thing-the whole order. They messed up simple orders the last 2 times I ordered from them. Ordered chicken biscuits & only got the chicken, and they never give condiments. We've never got the correct drink, never. Tonight we ordered 3 sandwiches, we only got two. They gave us 9 old nuggets, but didn't give us any of the dipping sauces we get with nuggets. I also ordered a frosted coffee, but instead I got some sort of frozen lemonade. That hurt, because I needed that coffee. Doordash refunded some of my money, but I just wanted the correct order. I worked at a chick fil a in high school, so I decided to call the store and let the manager know what keeps happening on their doordash orders. She didn't seem to really care and told me "well doordash can give you back your money." We just wanted our simple order correct. Or I'll take partially right. This is not your typical chick fil a. Stay away from this one. It will only leave you upset. By the way doordash, because this order is wrong and all of my family needs to eat, I have to leave and go get more food which defeats the purpose of using your service. I also had to tip the driver. I don't think these restaurants understand how much extra we pay to have the food delivered to us. It would be nice for them to recheck the order. It wasn't a complicated one.

It may be in the 80's outside but the soup is spot on deliciousness
