Ordered ou food over an hour ahead of us arriing to the store. I get there to pick it up, keep in mind itsv 10pm and no tables in the place. A guy came out and told me tey havent start my order bc they didnt see the tickets. Yet, it's been an hour &you have no tables? He says it will take 15 minutes so I waited patiently. I get our food and once we get home, almost everything is wrong. Our burger that were supposed to be plain were fully loaded. No once did the guy offer anything to compensate for the fact that we waited over an hour & a half for our order when they had no tables or to atleast get our order correct. We come here atleast 3 timesa week but have been very dissapointed the last few times. We love coming here but wishtheyd try harder.
