Japanese dish of noodles served in broth originating from China. Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish with egg noodles served in a very rich broth along with cooked slice pork (chashu), fresh scallions, and hard boiled eggs. Since the 1980's ramen became a Japanese cultural icon. All ramen served with basic toppings - chashu, corn, green onions, eggs, seaweed.

We use only imitation crab. Red snapper is tilapia. Baby lobster roll is crawfish.
