I will not be ordering from Big Boy again. The food quality was horrible, not as described (quality or quantity), and they forgot part of my order. I am very disappointed. The mac n cheese - which is supposed to have bacon and scallions - had the equivalent of less than 1 piece of bacon in it, and no scallions. It was like a blob of cheese was placed on warm noodles. The chicken tenders were mostly just breading and extremely tiny. The 4 tenders were the equivalent of 2 "normal" tenders. The fries and mashed potatoes were just okay. And my shake was forgotten. This is the first time I've ordered from Big Boy and I can safely say I won't be ordering again.

Food is always great.I Remember When I first moved to town. I've always wanted to try Big Boy's Restaurant. Goal is to try everything out. I've never tried the Pretzel Bites. Nonetheless I bet it's great as the rest of what they serve! 😁

The scrambled eggs were scorched and dry. I asked for the hash browns to be well done and they showed up pale and limp. An order of hotcakes is apparently only 2 - I was expecting a full stack of 3 or 4.
