Never had a complaint before the last two orders. In the previous order, there was no bottom layer of custard in the gelati. In this current order, there was no flavored ice in the gelati--it was almost pure custard. Is there a trainee preparing the orders?

I love Rita's and I am under the weather so I ordered DoorDash - even the price was ridiculous for 1 quart.
I mentioned special instructions in my order, which were ignored.
The order arrived prior to order window those so shout-out the Dasher!
