COBS makes the best bread in Vancouver. I'm sure there are some lovely artifical or fancy breads out there, but when you're looking for a standard loaf for sandwiches or toast it really doesn't get any better.

The Sourdough Sunflower Flax Loaf was super dense and stiff. Could not eat it, not even toasted. I will choose something different next time.

This time the Cinnamon Bun - Mini - 6 pk was not up to Cobs usual standards. They were super spread out, and consequently very flat and dry - no squidgy middles. The Sourdough Loaf was excellent as usual.
