I am SOOOOOO pleased that I made the call.
The Manager Mr. TL was very apologetic and resolved the situation.

Italian beef was amazing! Chicago dog bread is always hard when I order from here. Hot dog Alston only had tomato on half as they only put one on there. Fries were different this time as they were crinkle fries. Last time they were like home cut fries. Needs some consistency.

I received my order
I asked for sweet pepper. The peppers on this sandwich are hot. I don't eat hot/spicy.
The bread is tough, and fries are over cooked.
I am so disappointed 😞
