consistent quality with ample portions to satisfy a beast. It is flavored in the smoking process, you don't even need the sauce, but its too good to pass up. Best BBQ in the area, and reasonably priced by comparison. I am not a fan of some of the sides, there is room for improvement in that area. the mashed need more milk, salt, and butter. The Mac and cheese needs some paprika and salt and (cant believe I'm saying this) less cheese sauce.

After visiting all competing bbq locations in the area, Baby Back Blues comes out on top. With authentic smokey flavors that shine through their pulled pork, to the freshly cut seasoned fries, this place hits different.

I ordered a soft drink and they brought me ice water. I called to request a credit but they told me they cannot do that and suggested I leave a comment. I guess I'm out the $2.50 for that. The restaurant is about 5 minutes from my house so I was a little disappointed the meal wasn't hot. However, the sandwich tasted very good. The corn cob was not worth the effort as it was extremely small but the mild sauce tasted good on the sandwich. Had I not ordered that, the sandwich would have been too dry. The cole slaw wasn't particularly good but it wasn't awful either. Still, I'd likely not order that again.

Worst order experience I have ever had. Ordered a two meat platter and a three meat platter, was enough food to feed a toddler and that's about it! Chicken was chewy and stringy. Terrible quality and quantity for the price. Disappointed.

Corn was not seasoned and wet and rib tips was so fatty..more fat than meat. The meat I did get was seasoned and tender.
