Every piece of nigiri was perfectly dressed to compliment the natural flavors of the fish. The albacore nigiri in particular was generously cut and had excellent texture. And while I prefer the texture and flavor of king salmon nigiri, the coho salmon nigiri was so perfectly dressed to enhance its texture and flavors that I will definitely be making it a part of all my future orders. By contrast to the nigiri, however, the rolls were good-but-not-great; the California roll and the spicy tuna roll had fresh ingredients and good flavors, but they stuck to the plate a bit and did not hold together when picked up to eat them. The crispy rice items were an unexpected treat -- a unique combination of flavors and textures unlike the standard offerings at any other sushi restaurants in the area. I highly recommend adding one to your next order if you are looking for something a bit different.

The rolls and nigiri were all fresh and the rice was a good consistency and not overseasoned or underseasoned.
A little pricy, but definitely tastier than cheaper options I have ordered from in the past where the freshness and rice quality varies a lot. The nigiri was somewhat small compared to other places, but again the flavor/quality was higher than other places.
Packaging was good and none of the items slid around at all upon delivery.

Card for reference size. For the price, the rolls are small. They both taste good but the size is just too small. There wasn't soy sauce and chopsticks included in my order. The Spicy Edamame taste okay. Usually edemame is a darker green but this looks like it may be older or maybe previously frozen? Not enough garlic. It also arrived cold. Overall it's okay. I will still be searching for a better sushi spot.

I love bamboo sushi. The Island Hopper and the King Tide are *absurdly* delicious. I only wish they had a spider roll and a naruto roll on the menu.

Second time ordering and tonight's food was terrible. The tuna seemed like it was poor quality--lots of stringy bits and very mushy. Cucumber salad is tiny and flavorless. Won't be ordering from here again.
