My "banana split" was delivered with no bananas and none of the toppings I ordered. I was basically just given a triple scoop in a cup with a spoon. if they didn't have the ingredients, a heads up would have been nice.

Baskin-Robbins sold me a $12 banana split with no bananas and it's still selling banana splits with no bananas I should be getting a full refund this is nowhere or no means acceptable

They constantly have items on the menu that they dont actually have like the flavor "icing on the cake". They need to update their online menu to match what they actually have.

How are you supposed to eat ice cream without a spoon! I got two scoops of ice cream, not three. A scoop of butter pecan and a scoop of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Where was the Jamaican
Almond Fudge ice cream? Where was the hot fudge?
