I really hate to leave bad reviews, but I have to on this one. We ordered for an office 3 creole chef salads, one order of crawfish etouffee, and one order of seafood gumbo. Each salad was supposed to contain, per the menu description on the site, blackened chicken, grape tomatoes, smoked ham, cucumber, egg, and creole vinaigrette dressing. Then each person personalized their salad with extras listed as options on the site (bacon, extra feta cheese, croutons, etc.), which we paid extra for of course and were happy to, to personalize each salad the way we wanted it. Not only did all 3 salads show up exactly the same, but none contained chicken, tomatoes, or eggs or any of the extras we had paid for except the croutons. They were VERY skimpy for the price, more like a side salad instead of an entrée salad. I immediately went to the HELP link on Door Dash, and got an option for a redelivery of the salads. The restaurant gave our 2nd Dasher a hard time about the reorder. Then proceeded to do the same thing. Made skimpy salads all alike, but added chicken to them this time without the extras that were added to the order and without the ingredients listed in the description. Once we all sat down to eat, we realized they were still off. Then when we opened up the crawfish etoufee, we realized that it was just broth, and very good seasoned broth, but just broth with leafy greens floating in it. Lastly we opened up the seafood gumbo. This dish was the only one that was correct. Now let me say this, the taste of all of these even if they were wrong was amazing, and that's the only reason this review is getting 2 stars. We all agree while we would LOVE to go eat at this restaurant in person, because it is probably amazing, whomever is in charge of the to go orders should be ashamed of themselves and not keeping the restaurant standards. We will not be ordering from them again on Door Dash, especially giving them a 2nd chance to make it right.
