The Center Cut Filet was the best I have ever eaten. The seasoning was delicious and it was blackened to perfection. Every bite was the best ever, it was the leanest meat I have ever eaten, no fat/no gristle.
The Petite Filet was also perfect.
The very best/leanest meat beautifully prepared.
Both steaks were ordered medium, they were pink through and through.
The Baked Potato was most enjoyable.
We would love to know the name of the Chef!!!

One of the best restaurants on Doordash. They have the best Petite Filet. All the food is fantastic, with lots of flavor. What's great is that for Doordash orders, they offer "Plates" that include 2 individual-sized side dishes, so you don't have to order the huge family-style side dishes - Great if you're ordering on Doordash for just yourself or if each person ordering has specific sides they want. They even gave 2 small chocolates for free.

The food was just okay. The 21 Day Bone In Ribeye, though internally the right temp, was a tough cut and burned at the edges. The Creamed Spinach had an odd taste and wasn't very flavorful. There was no ketchup with the Truffle Tots and overall had small portions. The bleu cheese dressing on the Classic Wedge Salad was really good, but there were hardly any tomatoes on it and not a lot of bacon, either. Overall, a lot of money for a so-so meal.

I thought i wobuld try one more time and too bad i was disappointed again.
What have you done to the bernaise sauce for steak? Horible orange clop. Threw it out.
Filet mignon order both filets medium.
Both were medium well to well. Just ashame the filets are never consistant.. wasted $138.00.
Baked potato if s amlway delicious and im glad it was cause thst was my meal
PS. QUESTION ...?? Why is blackened choice only on one side of steak?

Sorry to complain, As I love eating at BOA. But tonight the steak was inedible. The cut of new york strip was beyond fattey and not edible. there was almost no meat to cut and the texture was off.
please make sure youcheck the overall quality control as this steak is not cheap
