The food was totally fresh and hot, and well packaged, but this was not the Bon Chon I know. The batter was off, and the gyoza looked like tortellini.

The seasoned french fries taste just like normal salted french fries. Chicken is good but that much for normal french fries is atrocious. I don't remember them tasting like that in the past.

Ordered family meal. Only got 10wings and 6 drumsticks. Fried rice was not the same as before. Requested for utensils but did not get anything.

The cole slaw was frozen solid, and the spicy chicken was inedibly hot. I'm familiar with their spicy sauce, but this time it was over the top. Bulgogi tacos & zucchini fries were great, tho.
