I want to give it a 4.5, but I guess it's only fair to round up. I only got potato Soup Bowl , and it was very tasty. I recieved plenty of bacon and other garnishes on top, making for a very bright and fresh tasting potato soup. it was a little bit salty, although that can be attributed to the large amount of bacon mixed in. the price is fair and you get a decent amount of soup for your money. overall, would recommend the potato Soup Bowl. warm, comforting, and hearty, I'd recommend just grabbing two or three bowls of the stuff, and enjoy some hot potato soup on a cold morning.

The Monte Cristo was very good! It was super crispy and fried perfectly. The bite was a perfect mix of sweet and savory when dipped in the provided jam. Would recommend and will definitely order this item again.

Very large portion. Good taste, but the meat was a little tough. I received the wrong side - irritated about that. Enjoyed it, but no competition for your Monte Cristo.

The Jack Sampler# is the worst food delivery purchase I've ever made. It is frozen food slightly heated up. It's like I went to the grocery store and passed on the name brand items and bought the cheapest off brand available and then heated it in the microwave rather than the oven or air fryer. I can't believe a chain would put their name on this product as it. To top it off, I paid $18.50 for this. I would be equally upset if I paid $5, but to pay the amount I paid for bulk frozen food...beyond words. I couldn't eat it and threw out over half of it. Seriously, how do you screw this up?! It's not like this was a poorly cooked steak...despite it being priced like one.
The Homemade Banana Pudding# is amazing and hit the spot. 5 stars for the pudding. Man do I wish I had just ordered the pudding.
That's how bad the Jack Sampler# is...I rate the overall purchase a 1 star bc the Sampler should be negative 5 stars. Shame on Boomer Jack's for selling bad frozen food and then charging steak prices.

I ordered the Monte Cristo with sweet potato fries, and the Homemade Banana Pudding. Both choices were great! I love a good Monte Cristo, and this was worth it.
