I've been a customer for about 7 years on and off. The customer service has always been amazing and B&Ts have done a great job with transitioning business to meet COVID needs! Their food is amazing, my favorite dish would be the Jambalaya and Shrimp Étouffée!

Rice was glommy today. Just a gelatinous mess. Usually the rice is so good I crave it. Individual plump grains. Chewy. All that. Today sucked. First time getting Corn and black beans and was underwhelmed. Not really caramelized at all. Seemed undercooked. Etoufee was decent but a bit "floury" for my taste. Overall, if I didn't know and expect better from B&T I wouldn't return, but I'll likely give it another chance.
