The Hungry Man and Brownie were great. The fries were a little extra well done almost on the burnt side but still decent. I wish I knew the french vanilla iced coffee was only a flavored coffee that didnt come with actual french vanilla creamer. Overall good prices and good food so would order from here again.

The egg sandwich arrived ICE cold. And that was not the dasher bc he arrived in less than ten minutes. Literally so cold and then the worst was the bagel itself was stale. Horrible. I'll never order from here again. I should be reimbursed it was so bad it was inedible.

I ordered a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, with some hash browns and an iced tea. Pretty standard order. When I opened the bagel, there was barely any cream cheese. It looked as if someone just wiped a knife off on the bagel and called it a day. I drove up to the store and spoke to three people behind the counter. One kept asking who made the bagel, one said there was cream cheese on it, and one said "what's the problem? There's cream cheese on it." To his credit, the first person said he'd remake the sandwich. I declined and left, figuring the $4.75 (yes, I paid extra for veggie cream cheese that I didn't get) was the cost of my lesson: don't go here anymore. I've had delivery issues with this location over the past few months. Items have been missing or incomplete. I reached out to Brendel's via Facebook and was told that this location was sold a few months ago and should have changed names by now. I'm guessing thes new owners are trying to cut some corners, particularly on delivery items, figuring that they'll come out ahead. But with many other options in the immediate area, this is a poor way to do business.

Ordered two Super Lox Cream Cheese Bagel Sandwich and neither of them had any lox or anything else that one would get on a Super Lox Cream Cheese Bagel Sandwich sandwich. I've ordered This from here many times and know what the Super Lox Cream Cheese Bagel Sandwich should've. Oh yea, the Hash Browns were dripping in oil. Soaked through the wrapper and the paper bag.
