• DoorDash reviewThis BBQ is top notch. If you like moist brisket THIS IS THE PLACE. Consistently excellent brisket is one of the hardest challenges for a BBQ restaurant. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is outstanding as well. The pork is very good, but pulled pork is an easier meat to find done right. The price is more expensive than fast food(really not that much any more), but an excellent dinner option when you want real quality. The beans and coleslaw are wonderful side choices. The cornbread is a little crumbly for my taste, but authentic to their style.
This is may be my first review since 2019, out of hundreds of orders, don't miss out on this gem.

• DoorDash orderFood arrived on time and still hot. Delicious BBQ! Best we have found in the Des Moines area. We had the brisket, pulled pork, jalapeño corn, tater salad and cheese cake. The cheese cake jar was absolutely delicious, hand down best in Des Moines area. I dont normally write reviews, but Bubbies deserves a stellar one!

• DoorDash orderThe ribs were smoked to perfection. Meat fell of the bone, so tender and absolutely amazing flavor.
The brisket was perfect as always.
The jalapeno corn, Cole slaw and potato salad all made perfectly. The corn bread was sweet and as delicious as any Ive had.
