The Classic Cheese Burger was very good. Fast delivery and warm when dropped off.

This is a part of Smokey bones, the burger (can't order temp, prefer medium) got two dried out hamburgers, no flavor, toppings I chose were ok although they say they use their own searing seasoning, I tasted nothing but dried flesh. Inedible burgers. Good amount of crinkle fries though they arrived cold. Beware of these "spoof stores" that are a part of "theme" restaurants. Got wings one night, didn't realize it was a part of Chili's which I have never had a decent meal there and had I known, been clearly advertised I wouldn't have ordered wings from there. I had to get a refund from both places. Seems like kids answer the phone there cuz I called. He was distracted by folks laughing and talking loud, and I asked to to tell them to stop yelling, he just grunted. I asked my questions, he couldn't answer cuz he obviously didn't care about the quality, let alone finding answers, and for Smokey Bones, it's a sub par offshoot of their kitchen and the quality was poor. How is it that the same burger there is two different prices from the same restaurant? So watch for spoofs and rip offs. I don't recommend wasting your money at this joint.

Might be the worst bacon cheeseburger I've had in my life. Missing sauces ordered and burger was an overcooked hockey puck. Honestly disgusting. Better luck at McDonald's. I will say the brownie was delicious. Overall, don't waste your time/money.

they changed more for a can of coke, then delivered a small fountain drink loaded with ice. the. urge was burnt to a crisp and pathetic in size. I would ha e been better off going to McDonalds. had I known this was a smokey bones brand I never would have given them my business
