So when I received my order it was not warm. So I heat up the food. The hash browns were so greasy and the chicken biscuit was so small. The price for the food was so not worth it.

So tiny... seems like the portions are shrinking while th costs are increasing. I'm still hungry but can afford to buy another one.

I love Chick fila. I was really looking forward to the frosted coffee and the Oreo cookie parfait. Everything was great. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because we were not given straws for our drinks. I don’t blame the driver. I think the straw should have been in the bag already. Chic fila is usually on point. Door dash charges 7$ for a service fee. The driver doesn’t get any of that. Therefore DoorDash should be making sure they have a proper system set up in place with each store they service so items are not missing when delivered. The driver is responsible for picking up and delivering food in a timely manner not for making sure napkins, ketchup straws, etc are in the bag. For a 7$ service fee I expect more from door dash. I give the driver a 10 for getting here fast and being courteous! I think door dash service fees are exorbitant. It appears they are passing on a portion of the expenses to pay the wages to the drivers to the customers. We as consumers should not be allowing these companies to do this.
