• DoorDash orderSo when I received my order it was not warm. So I heat up the food. The hash browns were so greasy and the chicken biscuit was so small. The price for the food was so not worth it.

• DoorDash orderI love Chick fila. I was really looking forward to the frosted coffee and the Oreo cookie parfait. Everything was great. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because we were not given straws for our drinks. I don’t blame the driver. I think the straw should have been in the bag already. Chic fila is usually on point. Door dash charges 7$ for a service fee. The driver doesn’t get any of that. Therefore DoorDash should be making sure they have a proper system set up in place with each store they service so items are not missing when delivered. The driver is responsible for picking up and delivering food in a timely manner not for making sure napkins, ketchup straws, etc are in the bag. For a 7$ service fee I expect more from door dash. I give the driver a 10 for getting here fast and being courteous! I think door dash service fees are exorbitant. It appears they are passing on a portion of the expenses to pay the wages to the drivers to the customers. We as consumers should not be allowing these companies to do this.
