Pepperoni pizza was better than I expected! Really good lots of crips, crunchy pepperonis on a light crust.

Im in Hagerstown for business, Donatos is hands down my favorite pizza chain back home but this one just lacks. The pizza wasn't cut, it had way fewer toppings than what is the normal for Donatos. If youre closer to Ohio give them a try, this store does not represent their business as a whole.

I order Donatos quite often directly from Donatos. This was not a Donatos pizza. it smelled the same only because of the smoked provolone but tasted nothing like a real Donatos Pizza. That's a shame because they are good pizzas.

Food was cold and over cooked. Burnt pretzel bite and Mozza Sticksrella had not cheese in them as they are over cooked. Would not order from them again.

The pizza is not good. At all. The crust is hard, the cheese is undercooked, and pizza is overall bland.
