I spoke with a kind, helpful man on the phone. It turnedout that they had run  out of fig jam, so I adjusted my order to a full eggplant pie. I had called to tell  them about the extra ricotta I had ordered. The pu *so much* ricotta on after I ordered extra!¡! Very kind.

Pizza was good, service was terrible. Ordered for pick up, got there a little before pickup time and they said it was almost ready. 15 minutes later they said they didn't have the ingredients to make the fig and prosciutto pizza (which is a bit ironic at Figs.) 45 minutes later, they finally did give me a pizza. Food was great, service couldn't really be worse.

Our pizza was half burned, and missed the added herbed ricotta we ordered.
