Firehouse has the uncanny ability to create a completely flavorless sandwich. I end up forgetting and re-ordering once a year. Big mistake. I get that it's a chain and they're not using the freshest ingredients, but where are they getting flavorless pickles and pepperoncinis??? Just no.

There wasn't a lot of meat on the sandwich. The lettuce was brown and withered. The meat tasted old. It was disgusting.

My favorites are the large meatball and large Italian sandwiches. They never disappoint. Consistently good, time after time. I like that I can depend on getting the food and flavors of the food I'm craving.

Firehouse Chili no utensils or napkins, it was only 3/4 of the way full, and the additional cheese and onions that I paid for were not included.
