• DoorDash orderFirst time ordering here--my honest review--Pork chops meal with Mac n cheese was hot and delicious. Nice portions. Not a fan of the collards. Diet Coke canned drink was flat and disgusting, can was banged up .... bottom of can shows best by date a year ago. I'll order food here again just not a drink.

• DoorDash orderThe Fried Chicken Wings and Potato Salad were delicious. The Yams were undercooked but had fantastic flavor, and the cabbage tasted like it was seasoned with oregano, which was unexpected. The Banana Pudding was a NO! I will say that I am a custard Banana Pudding girl and not a box pudding girl. Would I eat here again? Yes! I just wouldn't order the cabbage or banana pudding again. Also the serving size was huge which makes the price well worth it.

• DoorDash reviewSaw FFSF on DD and really wanted to try this place as I have not had any luck with Soul Food spots in the Duluth area or surrounding cities.
We ordered the following:
Fried Pork Chop plate w/mac & cheese and candied yams - chops and candied yams were really good. The mac& cheese was bland, no flavor but cheesy.
Veggie plate w/black eye peas, candied yams, collards & cabbage - black eye peas, candied yams & cabbage were good. Seasoned nicely but the collards not so good. They were bitter and had little flavor.
2 Banana Puddings - Banana pudding is one of my favorite desserts, so I was most excited about this. Unfortunately, this was a letdown. The pudding was very loose, soupy consistency. There was banana flavor but that was pretty much it. Not a lot of cookies in this portion either. This was not worth $5.25
Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and would order from here again.

• DoorDash orderthat was some of the best soul food i've ever eaten in my entire life living in the south . god bless the hands that made it. 10/10. the portions were incredible. i could've eaten for 3 days off that Vegetable Plate if i weren't such a big back. you can taste the love in every bite. god damn that food was good as hell.
