Been coming here for years and the quality has always been great, especially the tapioca pearls! Love how customizable it is and that they don't change the price for ice and sweetness levels.

The bubble tea was what I expected, but the thai iced tea is NOT a thai iced tea. It's literally just an iced tea, no condensed milk or any cream added. I usually love this place, very dissapointed with my order.
