The steak was juicy and soft.
The potatoes were crispy from the outside and soft from the inside.
I even requested them to send me some salad instead of the toast and juice and they agreed!

The sandwich was good and the fries are perfect. I just called to report that the coleslaw was bad (tasted off). Normally it's always good. instead of listening to me she made excuses that I was the problem and said she was watching people it eat right now while I was on the phone.
Never had this issue before. I didnt want a refund. I just wanted to report the issue.
Very weird interaction with staff. Had this meal 30 plus times never had this experience before.

The food was delicious. My hubs got the wings -- he is incredibly picky and he gave them a 5/5. My western Toasted Western Sandwich was one of the best I've had. I will definitely order from here again!
