The Tonkotsu Ramen did not include the pork! I called but they said I'd have to drive there to pick up a piece of pork. The Gyu-Combo: 2 Choice of Protein was underwhelming especially for the price. Honestly, i should've just ordered from Yoshinoya. The Napa Kimchi tasted good but for nearly $7 the amount they included was ridiculously paltry. I previously tried the ramen on another occasion but after today, I don't see a reason to order from here again. Very disappointing experience.

This was the first time ordering from this restaurant. The Ramen and Beef bowl were okay. But the cucumber was poor and seemed like they just added red chili oil to it and the Japanese Fried Chicken Karaage - was horrible. It was several very small, overcooked, dark brown and dried out pieced of chicken. The pictures are not what the food looks like.

I would have loved to review the beef bowl - but it wasn't delivered with my order. The veg egg rolls were meh and the Udon was so dry and had no fillings. It has 2 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of pork belly - like 1/2" inch in length, thin slices. Also got the salad- which came with no dressing. This is the most unorganized place - will never order here again.

Gyu-Kaku was nothing like the picture- not even close. Little scraps of chicken covered in soggy fried breading probably as much meat in the whole box as ONE of the chicken chunks pictured on the menu item image.
