Cheesesteaks are made-to-order with a 1/2 pound of Top Round Black Angus Beef sliced daily in-house. You can choose your cheese (Whiz, American or Provolone) and 2 other toppings between peppers, mushrooms and onions.

HOW IT SHIPS
Sandwiches ship frozen packed in an insulated cooler with gel packs
This is a two-step process that has been refined over many years. However, ovens vary substantially in strength and intensity, so monitor the timing closely on the first sandwich you reheat and adjust, as necessary. You can also place sandwiches in refrigerator to thaw completely (Preferred) before reheating, eliminating the need for the microwaving step entirely.
Remove the foil wrapper from your sandwich but DO NOT remove wax wrapping. Place steak sandwich (still wrapped) in microwave oven on “high” for approximately 1.5 - 2 minutes.
Unwrap cheesesteak and place in a conventional or toaster oven at 250-300 degrees until hot throughout (about 5-10 minutes) or until bread is slightly crisp. Be careful not to toast the roll.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
