The food is great but the wait time is super ridiculous. No matter what time you place an order, you always have to wait extra time to pick it up. I understand you guys are busy, but it can't keep happening all the time. Let's work on that speed of service because when we place our orders ahead of time, we don't have extra time to wait again. Thank you!
