I love L'acajou. Their breakfasts are always delicious, especially their biscuit sandwich and eggs/quinoa/veggie bowl. Definitely recommend!

Cabbage slaw was bitter not tangy. Tri tip was dry and rubbery. The bacon I had to paid 1.75 extra for on a *club* sandwich wasn't even on the sandwich.

This place is very inconsistent, and even when you note special instructions. Eggs should be simple and when you must specify each time to not break and cook the yolk on sunny side up or over easy egg orders because they've often not prepared these as they are cooked universally- this is a problem. And when you also continue to overcook scrambled eggs when it's noted to cook them light and wet- this is a problem! You also shouldn't just slap eggs and vegan sausages together on an overside roll without seasoning the egg or sausage. The presentation is always poor here and the food always lacks flavor and is often not prepared as you ordered. I would not recommend this restaurant.

BE WARNED: The $4.50 Side of Protein add-on consisted of 2 strips of bacon. Good bacon, but absolutely outrageous price for the quantity.
