FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE AND I GOT TO SAY THE PIZZA CRUST TO ME BACK 35 YEARS TO WHEN PIZZA HUT MADE A GREAT CRUST, VERY GOOD OVERALL, WOULD LIKE THEM TO TAKE THEIR RED DIPPING SAUCE AND USE AS THE PIZZA SAUCE WOULD REALLY MAKE THIS PIZZA A 10! FIRST TIME HAVING FRIED RAVIOLI AND IT WAS VERY YUMMY AS WELL

the small pizza was to be beef cheeseburger pizza. All was on it was just cheese , tomatoes, red onion. There was no hamburger on it at all.

So I ordered 4 items through doordash. I received none of the 4. Instead I received a pepperoni pizza, a dr. Pepper, toasted ravioli. They were out of the cheese dippers which they subbed for the ravioli. They were out of the calzone rings which they subbed for the plain pepperoni pizza. They don't even carry Mr Pibb even though it is one of the options for a 2 liter soda. They were out of the chicken Alfredo bake also. I was asked if I would prefer something other than the bake and I opted to just just remove it from the order instead of subbing it assuming I was going to get everything else I ordered. In hind sight I'm glad that I opted to remove the bake from the order for the simple fact that I probably would have received something else that I didn't actually want. The fact that every item I ordered was subbed for something else that was sub par and cold before I received it completely ruined the entire experience. I absolutely love Italian food which is why I chose to order from this place however. I would not recommend anyone put yourself though what I have dealt with tonight. I will never spend money at this restaurant again and I would highly recommend that if you are reading this you do the same.
