Aside from that one part of the burger, my order was very much fulfilling . There was not a "well done" option on the app . I tried to call ahead to inform one of the employees if they may make the pattys well done but the phone line is busy and it's been that way for 30 minutes. But everything else was very much good! And there was not any straw or napkins in the bag.
