Made it 4 cheese; smaller than expected. Lots of flop to the pie. Overall very chewy. Could have been more well done. Was still a goodpie for the occasion. ll try again to see if it improves.

Don'tgt me wrong, the pizza as always is great but it was a bit overdone; the crust and bottom were a bit burned but the overall meal was great.
