Had this been my first time ordering with Nancy's this would have been my last order. I ordered the Spaghetti & Meatballs, Side of Meatballs, Italian Meatball Sub, and a stuffed pizza. The Side of Meatballs has always came with sauce, this time it did not and meatballs were dry. The Spaghetti & Meatballs were also lacking sauce and again the meatballs were dry. The person who ate the Italian Meatball Sub had the same complaint of lack of sauce and dry. The pizza as always was fine. And our breadsticks were shorted I ordered and paid for 6 but was given 3. For $140 I expected them to meet their normal standards at the bare minimum. I'm going to assume maybe it was just a busy Tuesday night. If you do end up having issues with Nancy's don't bother with calling them. They will basically assume you're lying and brush you off.

Fettuccine Alfredo is good, my Boneless Chicken Wings only came with 7 rather than 8. Which is a bummer. From now on im sticking with the pizza and breadsticks only. If I order from here again that is.

This is my first time ordering from here and I did so because of the rating. But everything about my order was terrible the Tuscan Rigatoni was over cooked and the sauce was extremely watery. the Blueberry Pecan Salad had no cheese, no pecans, 3 blueberries and the wrong dressing. The Italian Breadsticks were extremely hard.

It was cook too long, dry , this is the second time I order pizza from you and it was cook too long days out . I love your pizza it's the closest to home back in Chicago style pizza . I can find any body else who's close to home as you all. So please do better turn the oven downl. Thanks
