Everything was delicious looks exactly like the picture & even had a cute sticker on top of lid....definitely will be ordering again

I’d like to report an issue with my recent order. I ordered a Rocky Road Crepe, but the chocolate tasted strange and off, and it was extremely sweet—so much so that it was not edible.
I also paid extra for a Biscoff topping, which was completely missing from the crepe.
I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and issue a refund for the missing topping and the poor quality of the item.
