The Lobster Bisque was so smooth and creamy. Absolutely delicious! The Steakhouse Wedge salad was so flavorful. I will definitely order from this restaurant again.

Almost everything we ordered was greasy and cold. The Prime Boneless Ribeye Steak* 16 Ounce was nowhere near 16 ounces (more like 6), which would have been forgivable if it wasn't also completely flavorless and grotesquely overpriced.

Wow- what a disappointment. For the price and reputation of the Palm the food was lousy. The steak was under seasoned and not a particularly good cut of beef. The Chicken Parm was soggy and the cheese barely melted. The fries were inedible - undercooked and raw tasting. I'll never order from the Palm again and probably not go in person.
