This is an ihop, deceptive marketing. Food was awful, cheesesteak had no cheese or seasoning just burnt meat. Fries were cold and they didnt include the ranch I paid for.

I loved the cheesesteak sandwich, it's always disappointing when you pay extra for a dipping sauce and don't get it so I guess they got a free dollar. the small fries were beyond disappointing for 3.99 and not even a handful which I experienced twice now. I will order again but only the sandwich

So I ordered the Chipotle cheese steak and fries. The delivery was absolutely perfect but when I walked up to my door there was no ranch for the fries that I paid extra for. that was pretty upset and was going to go for a one-star review right away. So luckily I had some ranch and then I tasted the fries and they were pretty good. So I decided to check out the sandwich. It looked amazing and smelled amazing and then I took a bite! definitely could not give them a one-star review!! This is probably got to be one of the best sandwiches I've had and even ordering late night 9:00 p.m. plus I couldn't have asked for anything better other than some ranch!! The food was so good That's minor details! aYou will definitely enjoy...
