This is the second time our fries have come undercooked, which is why I removed one star. The food is good but a little pricey for what you get.

Every time I've ordered from red rooster and had it delivered by door dash, I'm ALWAYS missing an item. Red rooster always forgets to put something with my order and when I call them they say, "oh yeah it's here, you can come pick it up if you want." And I'm met with an attitude because my food was there, just not delivered.. I paid $12 (service charge, delivery fee & tip) for delivery for a reason, I'm not coming to pick it up. I work in the service industry, I know how door dash works. The RESTAURANT puts the orders together and gives the order to the delivery driver and somehow they can never get that right. Don't get me wrong, the food is usually good when I receive it, but it's beyond frustrating that this happens every time I place an order with them.
