I love this place because the food is good, but the people that prepare them DO NOT follow directions.. both days in a row i order extra granola on bottom and honey paying an extra 2 dollars per item and NOT getting either.. its frustrating because im paying extra money and they are not providing those things! so they basically take your money and not give you anything and that isn't fair!
