Exceptional experience!
I had such a great experience at Scrappy's that I just had to share! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service stood out. The staff was upbeat, polite, and genuinely friendly—greeting me with a smile and making sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to feel that kind of positive energy in a fast-paced setting, but they always nail it!
The atmosphere around the location was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming vibe—even from the car. You can tell the team takes pride in their work, and it really shows.
And the food? Fantastic. Our food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything tasted like it was made to order, not just rushed through. the mac n cheese bites and onions rings are delicious!
Between the top-notch customer service, cheerful atmosphere, and delicious food, Scrappy's has become one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a satisfying meal with a side of genuine hospitality!

Everything was way over cooked both orders of medium rare bites (6 pieces ea) were well done, fries, mini dogs, and chicken strips were overcooked. Absolutely not worth the $100 spent

I've never made a review because I didn't see it necessary. This place deserves it. I ordered the Bratwurst dog with fries. Fries, fantastic. My family is German, and the dog was perfection. Mac Salad, simple and delicious. Along with every piece of packaging having a little smiley face or message. Very kind people, very tasty food.

Hi, we have eaten the same chicken order multiple times and had consistently good food. This time however, it was pounded down so far there was no chicken. Not happy!

Bite size was perfectly cooked and the softest I've ever had. Great food! Definitely will order as much as I can.
