Shamee is my absolute favorite food I've had in Bangor. No exaggeration. I can't overstate how beautifully the bulgar was cooked, like oh my good, impeccable. The chicken was aromatic and juicy. And don't get me started on the warbat. Such a subtle flavor, somehow refreshing. I could eat this cooking every day.

Shish Kabob Sandwich Amazing! The pita around the outside is crisp and the meat is so fresh and flavorful! They grill all their meat on a charcoal-grill and it makes such a difference in flavor!
