No utensils, napkins, straw, butter, or green onions for my baked potato. My Slow-Roasted Sirloin Entree* was dry and overcooked. The sauce was supposed to be on the side, but it wasn't. Lastly, no whipped cream, cherry, or fudge on my BJ's Hot Fudge Brownie Pizookie ®!
