• DoorDash orderThe steak & bacon grilled cheese was awful. There was very little steak on it & some type of sweet sauce (which wasn't part of description) & made bread soggy. If it showed in description I would have deleted it but it didn't. I would NEVER recommend THIS sandwich.

• DoorDash orderCustomer service: Called in to see if I could get extra cheese on an item, since it was not an option on the app. Was informed that extra was a 25 cent up charge, and since they had no way to charge me that 25cents, they would not be doing it.
Food: chili was burnt, no mustard on coney, of the 5 cheese sticks 2 were burnt to a crisp, others were not cooked at all. I really wish DoorDash included an option to put a picture on a review, because you will not believe what I was given.
