The food came hot and everything came packaged separately! The wings and ribs were good! The potato salad was ok I added seasoning to it. The Mac and cheese, yams, and string beans were not flavorful seasoned. I will orde again just the meats though

first time ordering from here! everything on the menu looks good had the fried Whiting it was nice hot and fresh the greens had the taste of the South!! wasn't too salty in my opinion seasoned just right the mac and cheese was kind of unusual to me because of the smoke cheddar delicious never had smoked cheddar with my Mac and Cheese.....
I'mma try more of their items let's see what the brisk is hitting for.☺😋❤

this Fried Whiting is frozen fish and they didn't give me any bread - just fish. So this.is not a sandwich. Also this Potato Salad is a nightmare. it's bland and the potatoes are hard. Not worth what I spent. I supported the business but no more.

The way I would describe this is authentic black food that you would get at the function and it's good enough that you would take a plate home. Id say it's probably one if the closest to like someone moms cooking ive had at one one these soul food places.
